Disney's Junior Soccer Showcase presented by Chelsea Football Club offers younger age groups the chance to experience the same great national competition and top-notch tournament organization as their older counterparts in the original Disney's Soccer Showcase presented by Chelsea Football Club in December. What a great way to build your team's resume on their way to the Proving Ground.
All Disney Soccer Tournaments Include:
Professionally maintained fields
Minimum 3-game guarantee
Certified referees
Athletic trainers on-site
Ice water at each field

Awards presented to 1st-4th place teams for Groups of 7 or more teams, 1st & 2nd for groups of 6 or fewer teams
ELIGIBILITY
This is an FYSA Sanctioned Tournament, which is open to all USSF affiliated organizations for boys and girls in age groups: U11-U14. Open to state cup or higher level teams. At the end of the application period, a Sports Sales Manager will review all applications and notifiy your team of its status as soon as possible.

Registration will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on November 26 at Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex

Do you have a newsworthy story? If you have something unusual, ironic, or outstanding that would make a great news story please let us know. Examples would be two sets of triples on the same team, your team scoring more goals than all competitor teams combined, overcoming a dramatic physical challenge, Academic achievements, etc.
Note about eligibility/age requirements: The player's playing age is determined by the following USYSA guidelines for 2009/2010.

Sanctioning/Player Cards
FYSA AND USSF SANCTIONING
This tournament is sanctioned by FYSA and USSF. In order to participate, all players and coaches are required to have a current USSF/USYSA/FYSA or their Affiliates Player/Coach Pass Card. If you are not a member of any of these organizations please call (800) 4-SOCCER to obtain membership information.
SANCTIONING RULES FOR FYSA TEAMS
In order to participate in this tournament all FYSA teams must be in "Good Standing". Please submit for approval a copy of your official FYSA computer-generated roster.
SANCTIONING RULES FOR NON-FLORIDA TEAMS
In order to participate in this tournament all USYS and other USSF affiliates must be in "Good Standing" and obtain Permission to Travel* from their State/National Association. Please send a copy of your completed Approved/Certified Roster along with your Permission to Travel to our office at least 30 days prior to the event.
*Permission to Travel is not required from teams registered with US Club Soccer.
In order to participate in this tournament all teams from outside the United States must have written permission and verification from US Soccer and their country's Federation indicating authorization to participate in the Disney Youth Tournament. Please send a copy of your completed Approved/Certified Roster (complete with one recent passport size photo of each player and coach), your Permission to Travel and Proof of Insurance to our office at least 30 days prior to the event. International teams (players and coaches) will be required to present passports at registration.
On-site Tournament Registration
Thursday, November 26
5:00-7:00 p.m. Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex
At least one team representative must attend and that representative must present the following documents: Approved/Certified Roster from your State/National Association
To accommodate as many teams as possible, additional Disney approved venues will be utilized. Please note that additional fields may not be on Walt Disney World® Resort property. Not all teams will have an opportunity to participate at Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex during the tournament.

Guest Players
Are you a player whose team will not be attending, but would like the opportunity to guest play with one of our participating teams? Players interested in being an eligible guest player must register on http://www.gotsoccer.com using the directions below. Your information will be provided to coaches that are looking for guest players. Remember, in order to participate, all players and coaches are required to have a current USSF or their Affiliates Player/Coach Pass Card.
How to enter the Guest Player Pool:
Go to www.gotsoccer.com and click on "Log In" on the left-hand side. The click on "Player Account".
Log into the site using your existing GotSoccer username and password (If you do not have an account click on register and create a new account).
After logging in the next screen will show "Your Upcoming Tournaments." To search for a tournament click on "Tournaments" underneath the GotSoccer.com logo on the top of the page.
From this screen you will be able to use the search engine to find a specific tournament's date or name. Just type in the tournament you are looking for and click on go.
The tournament you are looking for should appear after the search is complete. From this screen there are will be two options beside the event/s listed, "Event Information" and "Apply as a Guest Player."
Click on "Apply as a Guest Player." This will take you to a page that will allow you to enter the guest player pool, as well as show you the divisions of play for the particular tournament you have accessed.
On the right click on "Submit Application." Above where you have clicked a message will appear that says "You have applied as a guest player." This message means the process is complete. If you wish to cancel simply hit "Cancel Application."
IMPORTANT: Due to the different rules and regulations for guest players throughout the many USYS State Associations and other National Governing Bodies (NGB) it is the responsibility of the players and coaches involved to make sure all the required forms and documents are provided to the tournament. If in doubt contact the State Associations/NGB involved.
Coaches
If you are interested in adding a guest player to your team please follow the steps outlined below to access and add available guest players. Remember, in order to participate, all players and coaches are required to have a current USSF or their Affiliates Player/Coach Pass Card.
How to add a Guest Player to your roster:
Go to www.gotsoccer.com and click on "Log In" on the left-hand side. The click on "Team Account".
Your team page will appear, on the left-hand side in the middle of the page underneath "Your Upcoming Events" click on the event you are looking to add a guest player to.
The next page will show team information regarding the tournament you have selected. Click on the tab that says "Guest Player" on the upper right-hand corner of the page.
A list of guest players available will appear. Click on the player you wish to add to your team.
You have now entered the guest player overview screen where you will be able to view information about the player. If you wish to add this player look under team assignment on the right side of the page. Use the pull down tab to place your team's name in the guest of section, and then place the jersey number the player will be wearing in the box. Click on update.
You have now successfully added the player to your roster for this tournament.

Spectator admission is required for all tournament games at Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex. Length-of-Event tournament passes (LOE) allow for admission to all days of the tournament.

Hotels
Rooms are blocked at several hotels for all Disney Soccer event participants and spectators. All teams are required to stay in one of the tournament hotels and must make their reservations through Anthony Travel, the designated Travel Planner for all Disney Soccer tournaments. Please note: Failure to make your reservations through Anthony Travel can result in the non-acceptance of your team for the designated tournament.
