In the event that an Age Division Bracket does not attain an adequate number of registered teams, the Tournament Director shall notify those registered teams as soon as possible. The teams will be given the option of playing up or receiving a full refund.

ENTRY DEADLINE

January 13, 2010

All teams must submit an online application.

A Soccer Sales Manager will review all applications and notify your team of its status as soon as possible.

Upon acceptance into the tournament, your team entry fee must be paid in full immediately to guarantee your spot. Entry fees are non-refundable. In the event your team must withdraw from the tournament, you must notify the tournament director in writing at least 30 days prior to the tournament date and you will be allowed to transfer your entry fee to a future event.

International Teams Requirements

• All international teams must stay at the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort and purchase a registration package for each athlete, coach and spectator on the team through a Disney Sports representative.
• All teams must be confirmed and fully paid no later than January 1, 2010.
• Each team is limited to a maximum 18 athletes for 11v11, 14 athletes for 8v8, and 12 athletes for 6v6.
• Travel partners are responsible for the entire group's registration, documentation and necessary invoices for payment.
• The travel partner will be responsible to secure from Disney and provide teams with package components to include: theme park tickets, length of event tickets for spectators to Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex, and wristbands for transportation.

International Teams Booking Process

Step 1: To be qualified into the tournament, contact the Disney Sports international group sales department, Leonardo Leite (Leonardo.Leite@disney.com - phone 407 938-3567/fax 407 938-3479), with the number of hotel rooms and nights that will be needed for your participants.

Step 2:  After receiving your tournament contract, sign and return by fax (407 938-3479) with the payment for the first night of your room block to guarantee participation. A Disney Sports representative will work with your team contact and travel partner to complete the "on-line" tournament application process.

Step 3: Submit paperwork to participate in the tournament: room list, waivers, medical forms, copies of passports, proof of health insurance, player cards (online) and representation letter to confirm participation.

Step 4: All payments are due 45 days prior the group's (team's) arrival. Payments can be made via wire transfer, credit card or approved company check. Late payments are subject to extra fees.

International Teams Important Dates

TEAM REGISTRATION DEADLINES

• All international teams must be fully registered before January 1, 2010.

TEAM VISA ASSISTANCE

• Only teams that have a signed contract with deposit are eligible to receive Visa assistance.  Deadline for visa assistance is Dec 15, 2009.

TEAM CONTRACT DEPOSIT

• The group or team has 1 month from the date the contract was sent out to return the contract signed with the group deposit payment.

TEAM FULL PAYMENT 

• Full payment must be received before January 1, 2010.
• Teams that finalize all payments after January 1, 2010 will be subject to late fees, forfeit of deposit, and other penalties that could include cancellation from the tournament.

TEAM ROOM LIST

• Must be submitted by January 1, 2010 using the excel spreadsheet provided by Disney.

TEAM DOCUMENTATION

• Must be sent by January 15, 2010
• Copies of passports
• Medical forms and signed waivers
• Proof of insurance
• Letter from the school or soccer club that the team represents
• Completed online roster with player profiles  (www.gotsoccer.com)

Sanctioning/Player Cards

FYSA AND USSF SANCTIONING

This tournament is sanctioned by FYSA and USSF. In order to participate, all players and coaches are required to have a current USSF/USYSA/FYSA or their Affiliates Player/Coach Pass Card. If you are not a member of any of these organizations please call (800) 4-SOCCER to obtain membership information.

SANCTIONING RULES FOR FYSA TEAMS

In order to participate in this tournament all FYSA teams must be in "Good Standing". Please submit for approval a copy of your official FYSA computer-generated roster.

SANCTIONING RULES FOR NON-FLORIDA TEAMS

In order to participate in this tournament all USYS and other USSF affiliates must be in "Good Standing" and obtain Permission to Travel* from their State/National Association. Please send a copy of your completed Approved/Certified Roster along with your Permission to Travel to our office at least 30 days prior to the event.

  Application to Host Form

*Permission to Travel is not required from teams registered with US Club Soccer.

In order to participate in this tournament all teams from outside the United States must have written permission and verification from US Soccer and their country's Federation indicating authorization to participate in the Disney Youth Tournament. Please send a copy of your completed Approved/Certified Roster (complete with one recent passport size photo of each player and coach), your Permission to Travel and Proof of Insurance to our office at least 30 days prior to the event. International teams (players and coaches) will be required to present passports at registration.

Guest Players

Are you a player whose team will not be attending, but would like the opportunity to guest play with one of our participating teams? Players interested in being an eligible guest player must register on http://www.gotsoccer.com using the directions below. Your information will be provided to coaches that are looking for guest players. Remember, in order to participate, all players and coaches are required to have a current USSF or their Affiliates Player/Coach Pass Card.

How to enter the Guest Player Pool:

• Go to www.gotsoccer.com and click on Soccer Teams on the left-hand side.
• Log into the site using your existing GotSoccer username and password (If you do not have an account click on register and create a new account).
• After logging in the next screen will show "Your Upcoming Tournaments." To search for a tournament click on "Tournaments" underneath the GotSoccer.com logo on the top of the page.
• From this screen you will be able to use the search engine to find a specific tournament's date or name. Just type in the tournament you are looking for and click on go.
• The tournament you are looking for should appear after the search is complete. From this screen there are will be two options beside the event/s listed, "Event Information" and "Apply as a Guest Player."
• Click on "Apply as a Guest Player." This will take you to a page that will allow you to enter the guest player pool, as well as show you the divisions of play for the particular tournament you have accessed.
• On the right click on "Submit Application." Above where you have clicked a message will appear that says "You have applied as a guest player." This message means the process is complete. If you wish to cancel simply hit "Cancel Application."
• IMPORTANT: Due to the different rules and regulations for guest players throughout the many USYS State Associations and other National Governing Bodies (NGB) it is the responsibility of the players and coaches involved to make sure all the required forms and documents are provided to the tournament. If in doubt contact the State Associations/NGB involved.

Coaches

If you are interested in adding a guest player to your team please follow the steps outlined below to access and add available guest players. Remember, in order to participate, all players and coaches are required to have a current USSF or their Affiliates Player/Coach Pass Card.

How to add a Guest Player to your roster:

• Go to www.gotsoccer.com and click on Soccer Teams on the left-hand side.
• Your team page will appear, on the left-hand side in the middle of the page underneath "Your Upcoming Events" click on the event you are looking to add a guest player to.
• The next page will show team information regarding the tournament you have selected. Click on the tab that says "Guest Player" on the upper right-hand corner of the page.
• A list of guest players available will appear. Click on the player you wish to add to your team.
• You have now entered the guest player overview screen where you will be able to view information about the player. If you wish to add this player look under team assignment on the right side of the page. Use the pull down tab to place your team's name in the guest of section, and then place the jersey number the player will be wearing in the box. Click on update.
• You have now successfully added the player to your roster for this tournament.
• IMPORTANT: Due to the different rules and regulations for guest players throughout the many USYS State Associations and other National Governing Bodies (NGB) it is the responsibility of the players and coaches involved to make sure all the required forms and documents are provided to the tournament. Spectator admission is required for all tournament games at Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex. Length-of-Event tournament passes (LOE) allow for admission to all days of the tournament.
